Vintage Halston
I once wrote that “vintage Halston” may be my most favorite combination of words ever. If you don’t believe me then check this out. Now don’t you feel silly for doubting my veracity? Well, I’m in a very forgiving mood today so I won’t let this temporary lapse of judgment mar my opinion of you. Back to this week’s look, below is an impeccable example of vintage Halston flawless, draped one-shoulder goddess dress from the 1970s. Currently for sale on eBay and the seller is accepting offers. Crazy for Courrèges
Those of you who follow This Week’s Look know how much we covet vintage André Courrèges. That’s why this week we are thrilled to show you this rare 1960s Courrèges two-tone mod/space age dress. A Nod to Mod
This week we usher in the month of March in a modly mood, despite the disappointing fact that “modly” is not a word. But as the saying goes, rules are made to be broken. We have a monstrous, wildly bureaucratic justice system built on that very notion.
Back to March. You’re not really winter, you’re not really spring, you weird and wily month. We think you will agree, march is a much better verb than it is a noun. That’s why we’re going on a modly march this March. The first installment in our March nod to mod begins with the classic 1960s dress. This week, we curated for you a collection of the most exquisite vintage dresses on eBay, all still up for bid. Click on each image below to see the individual seller’s listing.

Nude For Every Skin Color
Stylists and fashion magazines encourage you to wear a nude pair of heels if you want to elongate your legs, as seen below. In this context, nude is usually shown as a color in the beige family. Unfortunately, if you are any flavor other than vanilla, your options are somewhat limited if you want to get the same effect. To that end, I have assembled below a collection of leg elongating heels in a more worldly palette of nudes.

Vintage Christian Dior Prêt-à-Porter
March is officially here and I’m sure you are all eager to shed your winter coats and start showing some skin. This week on eBay we were shopping for vintage sundresses and found this unbelievable 1970s Christian Dior numbered prêt-à-porter halter dress. The Dior prêt-à-porter label is between couture and boutique, which features many hand finished details but is made for domestic sizes rather than custom made for an individual. This stunning bright yellow and magenta maxi dress is actually a separate halter top and tiered skirt.
